Dozer VA Housing Foundation exists to expand access to safe, affordable homes for wounded veterans and their families. We bring together housing, rehabilitation, and community support so every placement can become a genuine new beginning.
Our model focuses on acquiring overlooked or distressed properties, restoring them responsibly, and placing them back into service through housing options designed around real family needs.

A family legacy of service.
Dozer VA Housing Foundation was founded by Jim and Sylvia Falko and named for Sylvia Dozer. Its mission grows from a lifetime of service to veterans, medicine, and community.
Together with their family, Jim and Sylvia have remained strong advocates and steadfast supporters of America’s veterans.
